Dr. Carter-Oliver currently serves as the assistant superintendent of the Normandy Schools Collaborative, where her responsibilities relate to improving curricular career pathways and college-level course offerings, increasing achievement, and fostering positive relationships within the school and the community. She has certainly lived up to expectations, and some of her accomplishments include increasing the advanced placement and honors course offerings for high school 7th to 12th graders by 50 percent in one year, and increasing the annual performance report from 7 percent to 30 percent in one year, constituting the highest number of points earned in the last three years, as per the Missouri School Improvement Program Cycle 5.
