Highly respected and accomplished in her field, Mechelle Smith decided to become a taekwondo instructor because it presented the opportunity to teach good values, fitness, and quality of life, which is a cause close to her heart. Her vast experience dates back to high school; since then, she has successfully trained, taught, competed, and won several prestigious awards and medals. Ms. Smith considers her greatest accomplishment to be persevering and pursuing a highly-competitive career in the face of those who tried to discourage her. She ended up taking 14 National Titles and 3 International Titles, representing the U.S. in the U.S. Cup Championships held in Puerto Rico, Korea, and the United States, and winning gold in all three events. Ms. Smith also successfully competed in the 1988 and 1992 Olympic Team Trials, placing 1st alternate in a controversial decision in 1988 and making the 1992 team, and took gold at the 1992 Pan Am Taekwondo Championships.

When Ms. Etchberger decided to start her own business about a year ago, she could have partnered with another company, but would have given up some of her control. Instead, she took a leap of faith and went out on her own. Ms. Etchberger is extremely proud of her accomplishment, and remains passionate about her work. She believes her unique perspective propelled her into a very reputable and successful business.

Janice Entsminger

Although Janice Entsminger started her career in corporate trust as a temporary employee, she soon realized she had found her niche and was fortunate to be able to grow from there. She spent a number of years working for SunTrust Bank and Prager, Sealy & Co., LLC, before joining her current employer, U.S. Bank, in August 2010. Ms. Entsminger has worked in their global corporate trust services division since she started, and is responsible for a variety of municipal bond issues, corporate and refunding escrows, and custodial accounts. She enjoys the constantly-changing nature of the field, and believes the fact that she is presented with new challenges on a daily basis keeps the job interesting. Susan Ann Dimock, Ph.D.

The first person in her family to ever go to college, Dr. Susan Ann Dimock fell in love with it from her very first day. She thoroughly enjoyed learning the most amazing subjects with the most intelligent, open-minded people, and she knew there was nothing she would rather do than be an educator and teach. Dr. Dimock followed her passion, and is currently serving as a university professor at York University. This position allows her to use her expertise in research ethics, government policies, meta-ethics and normative theory, applied ethics, political philosophy, and criminal law theory to teach classes and edit publications. Dr. Dimock thrives on researching different philosophies, and is presently working to establish a new program, which will be the platform for research and proven theories to become government policies. She became a level II Reiki practitioner as a way to help her husband, deal with his multiple sclerosis, and in 2012, she was introduced to Faster EFT. This methodology, also known as faster emotionally focused transformation, was developed to help others unearth the unhelpful patterns formed in minds, actions, and choices. Always looking for self-improvement, Ms. Spulniak quickly became hooked on Faster EFT, and by February 2015, she was a certified level II practitioner. She attributes her success to her mentors.
