Dedicated and hard working, Helen Spiropoulos graduated first in her high school class, and was sports captain and vice captain for her school. Following her graduation, she earned a dual degree in college: a Bachelor of Science in information technology and a Bachelor of Business. She graduated with first class honors and received the University Medal as well. While Dr. Spiropoulos was in college, she completed vacation programs with Deloitte in auditing and consulting strategy and operations. She eventually went on to obtain her Ph.D. in accounting from the University of Technology Sydney, where she was named to the Chancellor’s List for Outstanding Ph.D. She also received a postgraduate award scholarship from the department of education of New South Wales.
