She holds a Bachelor of Education in elementary education and teaching and special education, a postgraduate degree in educational psychology, and a Master of Education in educational leadership and administration.

Balinda Coulter has been in the towing industry with her husband since 2001. Her husband started  Johnboy’s Towing Inc., in 1998, and she now runs the office for him, though she is not limited to desk work. Balinda also gets in the truck and runs calls just like the other drivers; there isn’t a hat in the business that she doesn’t wear from day to day. As the company’s president for the past 10 years, she is responsible for implementing and utilizing the latest towing technology and equipment within the business.
