Tiffany Hemenway grew up on a farm, ranch and feedlot in Central Nebraska, where she was active in 4-H and FFA livestock and home environment projects. Her experiences on the farm and in these activities lead her to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she graduated with a degree in accounting and agribusiness in 2010. While working toward her master’s degree, which she earned from Midland University in 2012, Ms. Hemenway worked at Rhea Cattle Company and Dehy Alfalfa Mills. As a member of their accounting staff, she learned on the job the importance of clear financial statements and accurate inventory management. Ms. Hemenway also became experienced in accounts receivable. Prior to these positions, she worked for the First National Bank Northeast Hooper Branch, where she learned the value of good communication and strong customer service. These experiences combined to help Ms. Hemenway fit well into her current role with Midplains AG.
