While Danya Bogart was a student at Texas Christian University, she took a part-time job at Robert Half International and found her true passion. During her 18-year tenure with the company, she assumed increasingly responsible sales and senior management positions, and led teams to all-time high sales production. Ms. Bogart loves the industry because it is ever-changing, and requires a lot of out of the box thinking. She always has to be on her A-game, which prevents her from becoming complacent.

In 2006, Ms. Bogart joined McIntyre & Youngblood Recruiting, LLC, which is a boutique recruiting firm that specializes in placing top-tier financial and legal professionals and has offices in New Orleans, Houston and Dallas. She believes that starting the business right after Hurricane Katrina helped restart businesses in Louisiana. She is very proud of surviving through such crazy economic times.

Ms. Bogart recently left her position, however, and became a partner with Sand Asset Advisors. In that role, she has the opportunity to utilize her expertise in senior management, team leadership, and sales.

As a testament to Ms. Bogart’s entrepreneurial skills, her company was recognized as one of the 101 Houston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For from 2014 to 2015, and was ranked 23 in Fastest Private Companies by the Houston Business Journal in 2013. It was also honored as one of the Fastest Growing Woman-Owned Businesses by the Houston Business Journal in 2012, and was listed on Louisiana’s Top Business List by DiversityBusiness.com in 2011 and 2008. Additionally, New Orleans City Business named it one of the Fastest Growing Woman-Owned Businesses.
