She served the technology giant as an integrated circuit specialist, which is where she learned about chemistry and regulatory rules and established the foundation for her current position with MillerCoors. As a procurement specialist, Ms. Pelfresne is responsible for buying all chemicals under regulatory requirements, negotiating with vendors, and handling compliance and customer service. She joined the beverage company at their Golden Brewery location more than two decades ago now, and considers her longevity to be her greatest accomplishment.

She has served the aesthetics and skin care facility for nearly two decades now, and has become an expert in stress management, cosmetics, skin medication, and relationship building. As the director, Rev. McIntosh uses her skills to hold seminars for the community on all topics related to health, interview doctors, and manage the staff.

In addition to her proficiency at managing a business, Rev. McIntosh is also qualified in fitness, yoga, meditation and life coaching, and is a beauty therapist, personal trainer, wellness coach, and neurolinguistic programmer. She and her husband recently transcribed their knowledge into a book, “Mastering Negative Impulsive Thoughts,” published in 2014, and have two more books coming out soon, titled “Fit and Fantastic” and “No Time At All.”

When Ms. Kuechler started with Altisource Portfolio Solutions, there was no consistency with how complaints were handled. In order to provide accountability, she instituted and implemented an outsourced system with policies and procedures. The goal, which no one expected she could achieve, was to get it done in 10 months. Ms. Kuechler is very proud to say that the quality system was completed within nine months. Now onto her next goal, she recently spearheaded a training initiative globally, which she hopes will take the company’s customer experience to a whole new level.

Marilyn Graham

Everything Marilyn Graham has accomplished thus far can be traced back to her mom; she set the example, gave her courage, and pushed her to get out there and go for opportunities. When her mother was 75 years old, she built a two-car garage with a two-bedroom apartment on top from the ground up. CNN took notice of this accomplishment, which took five years, and ran a piece on it. Shortly thereafter, more than three decades ago now, Ms. Graham took a position at CNN working as an assistant with the supervisor. While she was there, a piece of carpet came apart and she showed her supervisor how to repair it. Ms. Graham didn’t know this at the time, but the chief was watching her work and, impressed by her skills, he promoted her to the facilities team a few weeks later.
