After obtaining a diploma in hotel and restaurant management, Natasha Hilliard launched her career with the Westin Harbour Castle Hotel in Toronto. She started as a front desk agent, and then became a sales manager for Westin Hotels and Resorts. She eventually accepted the position of vice president of membership and member care for MPI International, where she had worked in a volunteer position for five years. She is now serving as the Director of Association Relations at MCI Group Canada Inc., a global consulting, live communication, congress and event management company.
Ms. Hilliard’s greatest strengths are her time management skills, her ability to prioritize, and her desire to succeed. She is also a strong leader that is able to excite loyalty from her team, and her global leadership skills have garnered a solid reputation. Ultimately, she would like to be remembered for helping people evolve in their careers.
Moving forward, Ms. Hilliard is open to new opportunities within a sales and marketing role. She is also a new mother, so she is looking forward to the future of both her personal and professional lives.
