Determined and hard working, Carol Padgett holds a combined total of 21 years of experience in real estate and health care as a real estate and property manager for Cama Rentals LTD and a community dialysis nurse for the Southern District Health Board. In these positions, she is responsible for providing real estate services and conducting patient dialysis within the community.

Ms. Padgett has always had an interest in real estate and is passionate about her work. She purchased her first rental property in her twenties, and everything has developed from there. Ms. Padgett is looking forward to developing and expanding her real estate business. She owns her own holiday home, Cobham Cottage, which she rents short-term. The cottage is self-contained, fully furnished, and fully serviced upon departure.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Padgett joined the New Zealand Property Investors’ Federation, and earned a diploma in applied science and anesthetic technology and a diploma in Hauora (Maori) health. She is also currently pursuing a diploma in tertiary education, which will aid her in her role as a part-time lecturer at Otago Polytechnic, where she lectures the NZ Diploma-enrolled nurses about their clinical skills.

When Ms. Padgett is not working, she enjoys traveling, gardening, skiing and reading.
