When Joy Paris moved to Austin, Texas from Australia in 1974, her real estate agent recruited her, and the industry has been her passion ever since. As the owner and broker for Joy Paris Inc. Realtors and RE/MAX Lake Granbury, she helps her clients with waterfront homes, country club real estate, homes on acreages, farm and ranch properties, land tracts and lots, luxury home properties, retirement properties, vacation and second homes, long-term rentals, leasing and investment property options.

Ms. Paris prepared for her career by becoming a licensed broker, certified residential specialist and accredited buyers’ representative. Her commitment to helping her clients and growing her companies has helped pave her way to success. In recognition of her achievements, Ms. Paris won Realtor of the Year from the Granbury Board of Realtors and the Realtor Outstanding Citizen Award.

To stay on top of everything going on in her field, she maintains affiliation with the Granbury Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Granbury Chamber of Commerce. She is also the director and former president of the United Way of Hood County, and the director of Hood County’s Children’s Charity.
