For as long as Beth Gardner can remember, she has been passionate about becoming an entrepreneur in the travel industry. She began her business with one client, and since then, has created a multi-million dollar empire, making her dreams a reality. Custom Travel Solutions was founded in 1995 and thanks to the recent launch of I-Logistics, provides a single source for remote books, including commercial and charter flights, helicopters, buses, and soon, accommodations. It is currently the only company in North America that is able to provide this automated, end-to-end service solution.

Looking forward, Ms. Gardner would like to be remembered as a successful female entrepreneur with a kind heart, whose integrity and ethical practices were beyond reproach. Her father serves as her inspiration, as he instilled in her the desire to work hard and treat everyone with respect. Following the example her father set for her, she displays empathy and respect to everyone she meets and works with, which has earned her plenty of respect in the travel industry.

Ms. Gardner’s greatest accomplishment has been the recognition she has received over the years. Her name is now recognizable within the industry because of her honest and authentic working relationships. Her perseverance and ability to form strong bonds with her team have provided a great cultural environment that benefits not only her employees, but also allows Custom Travel Solutions to run smoothly. She is a compassionate and caring leader, and that comes across in her business.

In recognition of her success, Ms. Gardner has received a number of awards, including being named a Top Female Entrepreneur, Canadian Travel Press’ Travel Agency of the Year, Travel Agency of the Year in Western Canada, and receiving Sabre Inc.’s Peak of Excellence Award in 2011, 2012 and 2015. She is also a member of Bristol’s Who’s Who and Worldwide Who’s Who.

When she is not working, Ms. Gardner enjoys spending time with her family, and, of course, traveling.
