For the past 13 years, Rhonda Klch has served as the president for the financial management company Equity First, LLC, which provides a variety of services for small businesses and consumers in financial distress. In this position, she is responsible for business development, file content and work-flow. She must also maintain the reputation of the company.

Ms. Klch began investing in real estate at an early age, and her attorney introduced her to a colleague in the mortgage industry. After this encounter, she was able to identify her niche working with declines, credit, budgeting, and helping clients with problems and solutions. She found it very rewarding to help people, so she opened up her own business, Equity First, to provide financial guidance to both businesses and consumers. She has also defined a company niche working with nonprofits and helping people who have been hit with family crisis.

Looking to the future, Ms. Klch plans to grow her nonprofit and support financial literacy programs, while also continuing to speak at schools, churches and community organizations. She also participates with the Committee for Pink Tie, is on the board for Easter Seals, and participates with the Advisory Board for Friends of Karen.
