Julia Morris is the manager of human resources for the system engineering consulting company, Weaxon LLC. In this position, she is responsible for maintaining employee records and coordinating trade shows and expos. She also designed the company website.

One of Ms. Morris’ greatest accomplishments was turning a simple job into a fruitful career. To make that happen, she earned a Bachelor of Science in criminal technology from ITT Technical Institute and became a member of the American Criminal Justice Association. Ms. Morris is also a member of Theta Sigma Lambda Christian Sorority Inc., where she served a term as president. She attributes her success and longevity to her tenacity.

Outside of her career, Ms. Morris is very proud of her ability to be both a career woman and a mother. Although she finds it difficult at times, she loves her family and only wants what it best for them. Every year, she also participates in the Three Rivers Festival in Fort Wayne, where she helps to run different sections of the festival, like the market place and the emporium. She is looking forward to a rich future filled with family, support and happiness.
