One of the highlights of Ms. Edford’s career was publishing an article called, “Overview of Medicare” for Wolters Kluwer Health Care Compliance Manual. She also prides herself on ensuring that customer service is in the forefront of everything Coding Compliance Solutions does. She works to make sure that the company tailors its methods to fit the issue and the client, and guarantees that each method used meets the challenges ahead. She wants every data to be analyzed and for records to be read in between the lines so that her clients have the peace of mind that they are in the best hands possible.

Outside of her work, Ms. Edford supports a variety of organizations. Her favorite causes include animal welfare, human rights, children, civil rights and social action and, obviously, health issues.
