As a national account manager for Karcher North America, Laurie Schible is responsible for the growth and development of the retail business in the United States through customer relationships and category expansion. She must create strategic direction and goals for the company, manage the budget and profit goals and support marketing and product needs.
Ms. Schible is very proud of where she is in her career path. With her 17 years of experience in sales and three years in her current position, her strongest point is her ability to act as a coach and mentor to others. This is extremely helpful in her role because much of her team consists of recent graduates, so she is able to give them insight and steer them in the right direction
Looking to the future, Ms. Schible wants to transition into health and wellness. Ideally, she would love to own her own health and wellness coaching business, where she can work as a one-on-one coach, do speaking engagements and host seminars and nutrition programs. But whatever she does, she just wants to be remembered as someone changed people’s lives for the better, making them happier and healthier.
