Driven by her desire to be her own boss, Erlinda Quintos decided to use her decades of experience to open her own residential real estate business, Les Immeubles EVQ Realties. There, she is responsible for working with all buyers and sellers and handling market analysis. Ms. Quintos is committed to providing a unique personalized service, which she feels is the secret to her success. Her clients know they will be getting the best advice from her, and can feel safe in her care.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Quintos became a recruited broker, a licensed broker, and a certified charter broker, and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Philippines. The toughest challenge she faced was immigrating to Canada and not being a local, but she made it work, and as a testament to her positive results, she earns much of her business from referrals. Ms. Quintos hopes for continued growth moving forward. To achieve that goal, she intends to become more fluent in French.

In recognition of her success, Ms. Quintos was included among the prestigious roster of The International Women’s Leadership Association, and as a member of Canadian Who’s Who 2002. She would advise the younger generations that nothing comes easy, so it is important to work hard and persevere.
