Resourceful and creative, Heather Rady is proud of her ability to navigate her career in an unconventional way. Over the years, she has garnered diverse experience in practice management and the administration of multiple surgical specialties, including orthopedics, sports medicine, family medicine, general surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, urologic surgery, trauma and critical care, liver transplant and hepatobiliary surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, vascular surgery, surgical oncology, and breast disease surgery, in both private and academic settings. Ms. Rady currently utilizes this expertise in her role with Premier Urology Group, which offers cutting-edge, expert and compassionate urological care in northern and central New Jersey. As the practice administrator, she advocates and creates opportunities for both others and for herself, and mentors previous and current employees.

In addition to her position with Premier Urology Group, Ms. Rady also serves as a consultant for Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, as well as their administrator of operations for their department of surgery. This includes overseeing department-wide marketing, launching a statewide marketing campaign, and recruiting multiple full-time and part-time faculty members. Looking forward, Ms. Rady hopes to continue to create more streamlined processes to get premium health care and help educate people so they receive the services afforded them. She would like to be remembered as a professional who made a difference in the lives of her coworkers and patients.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Rady earned a Master of Science in athletic training from Indiana State University in 2004 and a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from Dominican College of Blauvelt in 2003. She also maintains affiliation with the Athletic Trainer’s Association of New Jersey, the National Athletic Trainer’s Association, and the Alpha Chi Honor Society.
