With more than three decades of experience under her belt, Kimberly Juda is well-versed in accounting and auditing, especially for condominiums and homeowner associations. She started with her firm in 1984 and was initially assigned to the auditing department, which was mainly comprised of governmental clients and the Seminole Tribe of Florida. After a few years, Ms. Juda transferred to the Common Interest Realty Association clients, and in 1990, she became a partner in Goldman & Juda, P.A. Now the managing partner of the firm, which has become Juda, Eskew & Associates, P.A., she is responsible for overseeing daily business operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Looking to the future, Ms. Juda intends to lead her firm into a more widespread market and promote continued advancement in technology. She attributes her current success and longevity to the fact that she highly values her partners and employees, and operates under an open-door policy.
