Title: Client Services Manager
Company: CellTrak Technologies, Inc.
Location: Schaumburg, IL United States

Julie Kao has eight years of experience with the mobile health care solutions company CellTrak Technologies, Inc. In her role as a client services manager, she is responsible for overseeing project implementations and training clients to use their products. Recently, Ms. Kao became a certified project management professional, and her areas of expertise have come to include and health care operations and technologies, team building, project and vendor management and process improvement.

Although Ms. Kao has noticed that women are often treated as less than their male counterparts in this industry, she attributes her continued success and drive to being assertive and firm in her beliefs, as well as having a strong desire to help others. She is constantly striving to do her best, and hopes to continue educating people on having balance in their lives. Looking forward, she would also like to change how product cycles work and maybe spend more comprehensive time in formulation.

Above all, Ms. Kao’s proudest accomplishment is her children. She is inspired by her friend and mentor Debbie Cullen, who showed her the importance of balancing work and home lives and influenced her to be a strong, tenacious woman. Ms. Kao wants to be remembered for helping all of the people she comes across in her life.

Outside of her work, Ms. Kao supports the efforts of Feed My Starving Children and the Make-a-Wish Foundation. She also intends to build her LifeVantage business, which is a nutraceutical company dedicated to helping people achieve healthy living through a combination of scientifically validated products and a business opportunity.
