With a passion for helping people and a background in strategic management, Julia Harris’ position with Wells Fargo is a natural fit.  The company offers its customers a variety of services, including banking, insurance, investments, mortgages, and consumer and commercial financial assistance. Ms. Harris is proud of the differences she and her company are able to make in the lives of others. When she sees positive outcomes, it validates what she does and why.

As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Harris feels that her drive to make the company and the team successful has contributed to her own success. That drive is key when it comes to her position as the vice president of business leadership, which includes ensuring that people meet their goals. Ms. Harris has received numerous internal awards for her work, and has even been recognized internationally. She would advise the younger generation of women entering the workforce to find a job that they love.

Ms. Harris is very involved in the industry and community outside of work as well. She is currently a member of the senior steering committee for the IRI, and is on the senior advisory board for the Depository Trust and Clearing. Ms. Harris also supports the United Way, the Humane Society, and the local community. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling, working in the garden, going for a walk, discussing politics, or spending the afternoon at a movie with one of her grown children.
