Ms. Drahos has been with CDW since 2012, having originally started out as a corporate account manager. She was elevated to the position of senior corporate account manager in 2015, and in this position, is tasked with overseeing small to medium-size business accounts with regard to information technology needs and challenges. She utilizes her industry know-how to develop plans to help customers become more efficient when it comes to IT-related matters, including the integration of hardware, software, or various business applications and services. Ms. Drahos contributes directly to CDW’s business growth and retainment — accounting for 35 percent of new business procurement.
Ms. Drahos deals with technology every day, and notes that it is one of the most challenging aspects of her job as it is constantly evolving. Trying to communicate these changes to her clients is one of the biggest hurdles that she needs to overcome routinely. She feels that her communication skills work to her benefit in this regard, as she enjoys working with people and acting as a mentor. In fact, she credits much of her success to being mentored by seasoned professionals who were able to give her the best industry guidance. Additionally, she credits her father. His drive to succeed, paired with an upstanding work ethic and passion, truly set the tone for Ms. Drahos’ professional life.
An alumna of Elmhurst College, Ms. Drahos earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration, marketing and marketing research in 2012. She acted as an administrative assistant and marketing intern for CB Health Insurance for little over a year, and completed an internship in marketing research at Hardin Institute-Elmhurst College.
