Ms. Lipp has grown the association from 165 members to 220 in under four years. She is known for saying, “If something big is happening, that’s where you’ll find our members working. If the earth moved, it was us.”

Initially, Ms. Lipp became involved in her profession because she has a background working with the municipal government of Regina, Saskatchewan in the area of urban programming.
