Celebrating 23 years at Kraft Foods, Roberta Cadieux continues today with the food manufacturing and branding company as director of information systems. As an expert in project management, she oversees a team of technicians that interface with business customers. Her career is focused on transformational initiatives, and as a leader who believes in the power of people, Ms. Cadieux tries hard to coach and mentor her coworkers in helping them believed in “Anything is Possible.”

In 2009, Ms. Cadieux was awarded Kraft Foods’ leader of the year, having also been chosen as a keynote speaker during the company’s conferences. Initially, she became involved in he profession because of the dynamic nature of the work, and to be a leader in business solutions. As well, Ms. Cadieux wanted to put her master’s degree in project management from The George Washington University to use.

In five years, Ms. Cadieux intends to continue to take on transformational initiatives.
