Ms. Fitzgerald is a committed professional with more than 15 years of experience in youth development at the community level in Latin America and the Caribbean. A proven leader with a wealth of experience in the growth, development and management of a diverse range of 501C3 organizations, Ms. Fitzgerald has core competencies in the areas of strategic planning, program management, and project coordination.In five years, Ms. Fitzgerald intends to quadruple her international development and expand her programs.

For the past six years, she has focused heavily on her position as president of Kids Connection Haiti, a nonprofit organization that provides post-orphanage services and financial assistance. Through Kids Connection Haiti, she handles all the fundraising coordination and grant writing, and facilitates liaisons with donors and international financing agencies in resource mobilization. Initially, Ms. Fitzgerald became involved in her profession because she started as a volunteer at an orphanage in Haiti in 1998.
