Elaine Hall is passionate about education. Currently as the school board president of the Sahuarita Unified School District, she is responsible for overseeing the governance and policies for the entire educational system. Now that she is the past president of ASBA, a non-profist educational organization, she can currently be found traveling throughout Arizona to meet with school board members from all areas, especially those who are unable to travel to Phoenix to attend regular conferences. In years to come, Ms. Hall will continue to be an executive board member and will become president of friends of the Arizona School Boards Association. She will also continue to be a member of the friends board and will pull back into her district. Ms. Hall plans to run for election in 2016 and will always remain active in schools in a voluntary capacity. She will also continue to volunteer with animal groups.

In 2010, Ms. Hall was an All Arizona school board member. She also has the highest level of continuing education credits with the Arizona School Boards Association. Ms. Hall founded the local chapter of the Arizona Educational Employees Association in Sahuarita. She became involved in her profession because she had been interested in the field since her kids were little, but she had no time then. She was formerly secretary of the high school; she learned how the school operated, and decided that she could further help students and faculty in her current profession.
