In her current role as the senior instructor and registered proctor of Food Safe Training Pros, Ms. Ordway teaches food safety to restaurant and hotel staff. The company certifies managers and staff in food safety procedures, with the aim of lowering the amount of food-borne illness outbreaks.
Prior to her position with Food Safety Training Pros, however, Ms. Ordway worked in the nonprofit sector, focusing on teens who have been exploited and abused. She continues her work in that field as the president and CEO of Operation Pay It Forward, Inc.
Roxanne Contreras

Passionate about pushing forward and seeing projects through to completion, Roxanne Contreras has climbed the corporate ladder at her company, Southern California Edison.
