Sheryl Maxsom has spent more than 25 years in the field of education, first as a teacher and then as an elementary school principal. While serving as a principal, she went back to school and earned a Ph.D. in teaching, learning and culture with a focus on math, science and technology from the University of Texas at El Paso. Upon completing the Ph.D., Dr. Maxsom retired from her administrative role so that she could start her own company as a consultant and trainer for other educators. Due to her faith, education, and years of experience, she felt this was a great career path to take.

Ms. Strachimirova was born, raised and educated in Europe, and the richness of the traditional architecture of the Renaissance and the secession style in her native country, along with her visits to places like Rome and Athens, helped her develop her knowledge of classical architecture. Additionally, she was accepted into architecture school in Bulgaria, where she studied traditional and classical architecture.
