In her role as the managing director, Ms. Hadi is responsible for working under contract for multinational companies, remaining compliant with clients, and maintaining contacts with various companies and agencies. The highlight of her career was working at the Department of Health, where she was responsible for handing all final accounts to Parliament for approval. If she could offer some advice to the younger generations, it would be to really listen to others.

When Ms. Hadi isn’t working, she enjoys serving her community by both donating time and finances to causes like Macmillan Cancer Support, WaterAid, Children In Need, and Red Nose Day. She also supports the all-girls school that her family built in India. To prepare for her endeavors , Ms. Hadi earned qualifications and diplomas from Wakefield College and Shaw Academy.
