Company: CanLead Training
Location: Winnipeg, MB Canada

Driven by her desire to help others, Emma Frost currently serves as the owner and trainer for CanLead Training, a coaching program that provides a customized experiential learning environment through which clients can identify their leadership skills and learn how to optimize their performance. With more than a decade of experience under her belt, she provides on-on-one coaching services, support, motivation and encouragement to her clients.

Dr. Frost holds a Ph.D. in developmental neuroscience, and started her career as a scientific researcher at different universities around the world—including Cambridge University and Johns Hopkins. Through her involvement with Toastmasters, she realized she loved mentoring others to success, and in 2012, she left the science and research industries to follow her passion for helping people gain control of their lives. Dr. Frost proceeded to start CanLead Training so that she could share the tools that she has used to take control of her own world with others, and since then, she has helped many people learn how to overcome the barriers to success. She loves bringing her skills to others, and has found her passion in helping people rediscover the joy in their lives.

In addition to her company, Dr. Frost also shares her knowledge through writing. Her latest book, “The Quick and Easy Way to Take Control of Your Life,” is now available on Amazon.com.
