A natural in sales, Ms. Kidd started her career while working in college. She moved her way up and made the right connections, until she eventually achieved a top sales position. She is now the district manager for the human capital management solutions provider, ADP, LLC.

With 12 years of experience and seven in her current position, Ms. Kidd attributes her accomplishments to her ability to listen well and multitask. She prides herself on being able to be a lot of things to a lot of people; she is able to focus on what is important to her clients so she can gain their trust and build consistent relationships with them. Ms. Kidd also attributes her success to being in the right place at the right time, and finding something she really enjoys. Moving forward, she plans on staying with the company and continuing her hard work.

Every day, Ms. Kidd is inspired by her drive, passion and great quality life. She wants to be remembered for being genuine and caring to everyone she has worked with, both in her company and externally. She advises others entering the field and looking for success to be patient, noting that those who “make it” are the ones that take the time to train and learn everything properly.

When Ms. Kidd is not working, she enjoys running and spending time with her family. Further, she supports the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, and even won the Girl Scout Gold Award.
