Initially, Jan Bevington began a career in real estate after several years in the mortgage industry. She started in sales as a residential salesperson, and is now the owner, broker and president of AAIM Realty Group, Inc. She is gratified to be the owner of a company with a long-standing reputation of exemplary ethics and professional conduct.  One of her luxuries as a business owner is being surrounded by real estate agents of the same standards of excellence.  She looks forward to expanding the business, ongoing recruiting and financial return.

As owner and president of AAIM Realty Group, Inc., she is responsible for supervising agents and their business transactions, negotiating contracts and closings, marketing the business and developing business connections on local and national levels.  In association with her profession, she is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Professional Women.

Ms. Bevington was inspired by her husband, Rodger (who demonstrated the highest professionalism and ethical business practices) and her mother, who instilled an honest work ethic.  She loves to continue to learn on a daily basis, both personally and in her career.  When she is not working, she enjoys fishing, reading, gardening and spending time with family.
