An entrepreneur at heart, Mia McClure currently manages a number of restaurant and dining franchises, including Jersey Mike’s Subs and Moe’s Southwest Grill. Although her professional journey started in real estate, she eventually decided to pursue her passion for management and building teams, and she is thrilled with the result.

Now, Ms. McClure is researching and looking into additional locations for her restaurants, and is preparing to open a West Coast location of Moe’s Southwest Grill. She plans to have multiple units of Moe’s on the West Coast, and also wants to open a second location in Florida. In addition to overseeing the daily operations at her restaurants and planning for new locations, she is also buying and selling residential real estate property for investment purposes, and she is currently in pursuit of  a real estate license in California.

Ever the business woman, Ms. McClure is always conducting business research and looking for new opportunities. Outside of her work as an entrepreneur, she supports the efforts of the Live More Foundation, and enjoys fitness, spending time with her twins, reading and writing, interior design, dining out and traveling.
