An expert in her field, Bettye Donaldson has nearly four decades of professional experience, and holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s degree in human resource management. She is currently using her background and expertise in people management, health care and human resources in her position as the area operations officer for Dialysis Clinic, Inc. In this role, she oversees the company’s six facilities in Atlanta, and is responsible for staffing, managing payroll and building clinics.

Ms. Donaldson chose this career path because of her love of people and her desire to help them. Serving people is her passion, and she believes she has experienced many years of success because she is following her passion. Even though she is now working on the administrative side of health care, she still finds little ways to help and interact with the patients.

The greatest achievement of Ms. Donaldson’s career thus far has been the opening of a clinic in Downtown Atlanta. She acknowledges that it was a lot of hard work, but it was worth it because the clinic lifted the spirits of people in both big and small ways.

Following her love of working with and helping people, Ms. Donaldson supports her local church and the Atlanta Refuge. Looking to the future, she is looking forward to retirement. During this time, she would like to open an event venue and volunteer within the medical field.
