Combining knowledge with maturity, Deanna Komuves has thrived as the director of global digital sales at Fluitec International. She naturally progressed to the role with the oil and machining company five years ago, and is now responsible for overseeing the inside sales group that she created. This includes training, mentoring, educating and motivating inside sales associates to create new ways to assist customers in obtaining the most value from Fluitec products and services, and working with the executive and marketing teams on sales activities. Ms. Komuves is proud of the fact that her department has grown every year since its inception, and has continued to exceed expectations.

As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Komuves finds inspiration in her mother and grandmother, who both built successful businesses in a time when women were just supposed to be homemakers. She followed in their footsteps, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Price University and garnering years of experience before taking on her current role. Over those years, Ms. Komuves developed strengths in sales, business development, communication and building relationships, all of which have been an asset to her professional endeavors. She hopes to continue on this path moving forward.

When Ms. Komuves isn’t working, she enjoys golfing, crocheting, French baking, and antiquing. She also supports and volunteers with the Long Island Chapter of the Diabetes Research Institute, and is an honored member of The International Women’s Leadership Association.
