She was a Chief Warrant Officer 5, which is the highest warrant officer rank, an achievement she is very proud of. Dr. Angolano chose a career in the military after deciding to follow in her family’s career path, as both her father and uncles were in the military. She is involved in information technology management and security, topics that she teaches as an adjunct professor at Salve Regina University and Trident University.
Through her many years of experience with the Army National Guard and after earning a Ph.D. in IT security, Dr. Angolano has become an expert in working with information technology security. She became a professor because she believes that sharing this knowledge will help to develop future cyber security professionals that can keep the United States safe.
Dr. Angolano wants to be remembered for being a good person who was constantly striving for excellence and greater achievement. When she is not working, she is an avid bicyclist and supports the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
