For more than 15 years, Paula Moscinski has helped hundreds of women realize their greatest career dreams, achieve their professional goals, and become influential leaders in their organizations. Through her executive coaching and professional development workshops, she has responded to the most salient work challenges and opportunities that professional women experience in their careers.
Now, Paula addresses the growing reality of women’s unplanned exits from their organizations. Often caught off guard, more women in the latter part of their careers are met with a big question mark about their future work. Whether they are offered outplacement services or left on their own to figure it out, many women in this situation automatically revert to what they know best – put out an all-points job search.
Paula has something else in mind. Originating from the perspective that we are greater than what our environment imposes on us, she has her clients create the work they want to do, rather than letting their environment control their choices and actions. Her program, “Putting It Together: A Pathway to Your New Work,” has women think and plan creatively about the work that they are meant to do at this time in their life. Her mission is to have women realize any one or more of the following results:
- An awakening to oneself
- A new perspective on work at this stage in life
- Overcoming self-generated roadblocks to move forward
- A shift into a new field of work
- Getting the ‘dream job’
- Discovering and claiming the work they want to do next
“Putting It Together” is an antidote to the job search blues. For companies, it is a cost effective, refreshing feature to an employee exit package. Paula is offering the program to companies in Illinois, northwest Indiana and southern Wisconsin. She invites the human resources decision makers to discuss how “Putting It Together: A Pathway to Your New Work,” can work on the behalf of their exiting employees and their company.
Paula is a certified professional coach with advanced coaching skills as a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute, a licensed team coach credentialed through Team Coaching International, Inc., and a certified facilitator for Radical Leadership®. She earned her masters’ degree in organizational psychology and behavior from Kansas University. She currently sits on the board of directors for Gateway to Learning, a special education adult training center in Chicago, Illinois.
