After suffering the effects of migraines first hand, Lynne Wadsworth set out to find a holistic approach to feeling better without pain medications. She eventually found a successful solution, and decided she wanted to share it so others with the same problems could experience relief as well. Thus, Ms. Wadsworth founded Holistic Health and Wellness, through which she walks customers step-by-step through her program to a pain-free lifestyle. Her responsibilities also include speaking publicly, meeting on a one-on-one basis with her clients, and providing individualized service. Further, Ms. Wadsworth works with busy professional women with weight management, hormone balance, stress management, time management, and health issues, desiring to see these busy women become healthy and at a healthy weight despite the busyness of their lives. Her programs are designed to help these women accomplish those goals.

In addition to her company, Ms. Wadsworth also shares her knowledge in her two books, “The Ultimate Migraine Handbook: A Holistic Approach to Pain Relief,” and “Menopause Mavens: Master the Mystery of Menopause.” She has been recognized for her achievements numerous times, including through the Woman of the Year Award from the National Association of Professional Women, Top Honors in her field with The International Association of Top Professionals, and an award from The International Society of Business Leaders. To prepare for this career path, Ms. Wadsworth completed coursework in health, foods, nutrition and related service from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, earned a degree in business administration from Underwood Business Academy, and became a certified health coach from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
