Marilyn Loft became involved in packaging solutions and distributions after originally serving as a title representative. When the market slowed down, she obtained a position with a packaging company. After realizing she actually enjoyed the work, she decided to open her own.

Now with 10 years of experience in the field, and six as the president of Gemini Packaging Solutions, Inc., Ms. Loft is an expert in new business development, team building, accounting, inventory, time, program and sales management, negotiations, sale operations, purchasing, supply chain and logistics. She is responsible for all day-to-day operations, overseeing her team and developing new business and maintaining accounts.

Ms. Loft received an Associate of Arts in paralegal studies and a Bachelor of Science in business management from the Southern California College of Business and Law and the University of Phoenix, respectively. She also earned a certificate in business management. In addition, she is a certified women’s business enterprise, a certified woman-owned small business and a certified paralegal.

As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Loft attributes her success to her ability to be honest and tell it how it is. Furthermore, she also has an incredible work ethic, a passion for the industry, and a vision for what she wants out of her future career. She hopes to expand the company nationwide.

In 2012, Ms. Loft was named Professional Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women. She is a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, the Woman Owned Small Business, the National Association of Professional Women and the International Women’s Leadership Association. When Ms. Loft is not working, she is going to her son’s baseball games, camping with her family, and watching them go dirt-biking. She also supports her local humane society, Heaven’s Ranch, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
