Donna Delbene has always wanted to help people with disabilities and their families. As the president and owner of 3D Staffing  she gets to do what she loves. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the nurse staffing agency, including meeting with staff and dealing with profits and losses.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Delbene collaborated with a registered nurse. Together, they realized the need for nursing staff to be treated well so that they could properly assist those they care for. As a result, Ms. Delbene worked to raise the standards of excellence and care for staffed nurses and people in the health care field.

As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Delbene attributes her success to her faith, as well as her perspective on how to treat staff and focus on the workers. Every day, she is inspired by the people she works with. She loves changing the lives of nurses when someone else turns them away, as well as watching how her nurses treat patients. Looking to the future, Ms. Delbene hopes to quadruple the income and continue to hire more nurses and office staff. She eventually intends to leave the company to her son-in-law.
