Noted by her peers for her excellence in customer service and telecommunications, Lori Bayne has spent almost two decades thriving at Mid America Computer Corporation. She started with the telecommunication solutions provider in 1999, and has steadily risen through the ranks ever since. Ms. Bayne took on the role of product owner of customer master software about two years ago, and has been inspired by her customers. When she is able to provide them with the right solutions customized to their telecommunication needs, it validates what she does and why.

As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Bayne has faced a number of daily challenges, especially in this male-dominated industry. She attributes her success to her drive; she likes to figure things out and do research. Further, Ms. Bayne is skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, takes pride in her ability to offer high-quality products, and completes continuing education to keep up with trends in the industry. Looking to the future, her vision is to grow both professionally and personally and take her software in a new direction.

When Ms. Bayne isn’t working, she enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling. She is also an honored member of The International Women’s Leadership Association, and would advise the younger generations to dig in, do the research, and figure it out. Along her journey, Ms. Bayne earned a Bachelor of Science in elementary education.
