Aided by strong communication skills and a passion for working with people, Lori MacNeil has enjoyed a fruitful career with ADP. She started with the company, which offers business outsourcing solutions, more than a decade ago in their customer service department, and has steadily risen through the ranks ever since. Ms. MacNeil is proud of attaining her current role as the senior director of service relationship management, where she has the opportunity to utilize everything she’s learned over the years.

The biggest challenge Ms. MacNeil faced was earning the same level of respect as her male peers. Her honesty and ability to think strategically has certainly benefited her in this endeavor, and she has since become a valued member of the team. Looking forward, Ms. MacNeil hopes to move into a general manager role and take the time to learn and grow. She is inspired by her desire to bring the organization to the next level, and hopes to be remembered for creating professional growth and a strong personal brand.

To prepare for her career, Ms. MacNeil earned a Bachelor of Arts in commerce from St. Mary’s University. She is also an honored member of The International Women’s Leadership Association, valued for her contributions to her profession and community. When Ms. MacNeil isn’t working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
