Driven by her desire to help people, Jill D. Spruill has developed an expertise in enacting positive change. She has volunteered in a variety of areas and situations, and has excellent listening skills, so she decided to pursue a career that would allow her to utilize all of her best qualities. That’s why Ms. Spruill founded Into Flight Life Coaching; it gives her the opportunity to assist individuals in the community with learning, relationship, family, and life-changing issues.
Prior to starting her own coaching company, Ms. Spruill gained a lot of experience working with children with disabilities, particularly autism, both in and out of the school system. Ms. Spruill attributes her success and longevity to her determination, as well as her passion and conviction for what she believes in. She is motivated by her son, who struggles with dyslexia and speech issues; she works hard to ensure that she is his best advocate and that he gets the best help available.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Spruill attended The American Schools of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, where she graduated with a master’s degree in counseling in 2005. She also holds a degree in special education from Georgian Court University, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Rider University. Additionally, Ms. Spruill is a certified life coach and a certified emotional intelligence coach. She is currently a member of the International Counselors Honor Society, and, moving forward, she hopes to continue to grow and develop her practice. When Ms. Spruill isn’t working, she really enjoys traveling.
