After spending many years in the corporate and retail arena, Linda Hahn decided to make the transition into real estate. Using the relationship-building skills she learned in her past professions, she has built a thriving career at RE/MAX TerraSol by putting her clients first. Ms. Hahn primarily concentrates on coastline areas from Long Beach to San Clemente, California, and is responsible for listing, staging and selling homes and commercial buildings. Her business is build 100 percent on referrals, so it is imperative that she go above and beyond to ensure that her buyers and sellers get the best offers on the market.
As a testament to Ms. Hahn’s achievements in the industry, she was honored as the Member of the Year by the Women’s Referral Service in 2015, and was included in the Corporate $100,000 RE/MAX Club from 2013 to 2015. She attributes her successes to her ability to maintain relationships, educate her team and clients, and utilize her well-rounded knowledge of the real estate industry. If there was one thing Ms. Hahn could change about her field, however, it would be that realtors should go through a more rigorous education process and be more accountable. Additionally, she believes there should be a shorter probation period, and that initial sales should be done alongside more senior members of the industry.
Along her professional journey, Ms. Hahn earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology and geography from the University of California, Los Angeles, and completed a senior real estate specialist certification, a short sales and foreclosure certification, and a professional staging certification. She also became certified in the home affordable alternatives program. To stay connected to others in her field, Ms. Hahn is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, CAR, the Orange County Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. In the coming years, she intends to continue to pursue realty in order to serve her clients and community. Ms. Hahn hopes to be remembered for always having a smile on her face, as well as for being honest and caring.
