While awards and affiliations look nice on paper or hanging on a wall, Lesley Kirsch thinks she can better sum up her life, since childhood, as wanting to be there for others. She became involved in the real estate field because of her interest in architecture, communication, sales, and the nature of matching homes to clients. Real estate is often a person’s largest investment, so she uses her ability to connect to people to determine their basic lifestyle goals and provide a variety of options to suit their needs. Ms. Kirsch wants to ensure her clients purchase a home that gives them the most longevity. As a broker and associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors, she is responsible for marketing properties, networking with buyers and sellers, and negotiating complicated transactions in a changing economy.

Over the course of Ms. Kirsch’s nearly three decades in the industry, she has had less than 10 transactions not go to settlement. She feels that the reasoning for this is that she focuses on shared expectations in the transaction process so that her clients react favorably to challenges and make better decisions in the market. As a testament to her achievements, Ms. Kirsh was honored with the Circle of Excellence Award from the Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors. In order to better herself and continue to grow and thrive, she intends to maximize the use of technology in her work. Ms. Kirsch prepared for her career by earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and French from Northern Illinois University in 1984.
