Ms. Passaro Barbieri acquired a lot of experience while working in one of the largest real estate companies in the U.S. and holding positions of high responsibility. After several years, she opened her own company, Oxford Realty Group LLC, which offers assistance with purchase, sale, location, investment and management.

Although Ms. Passaro Barbieri enjoys her career, she would like to see the way other agents compete against each other change. It is typically unethical, as agents will try to steal clients away from each other, and she wishes there was more integrity in the field. Ms. Passaro Barbieri’s greatest strengths are her attention to detail and her dedication to her clients. She would advise the younger generation of women entering the workforce to work with every client, big or small, because every referral counts. The needs of the clients come first.

To prepare for her career, Ms. Passaro Barbieri completed college education in both the U.S. and her home country of Brazil, and became a licensed broker. The biggest challenge she faced was balancing her career with raising her two children. Looking forward, Ms. Passaro Barbieri intends to continue to grow her business and see her children finish college. She supports the charitable missions of Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish, and the First Baptist Church, and is a member of The International Women’s Leadership Association. Ms. Passaro Barbieri hopes to be remembered as someone who gave back to the community, did social work, and volunteered to help others.
