Denise Navarro has more than 30 years of experience supporting the federal government and industry as a contractor and small business owner. After spending two decades gaining valuable experience and building an extensive network of advisors and partners, she launched Logical Innovations, Inc. The company provides business and technical services for federal and commercial clients, including financial and acquisition services, strategic communications, information technology, performance management, process improvement, and human resources support. Navarro’s dream of becoming a business owner spawned from several goals, including having an avenue to make a difference and shape her own destiny. She also wanted to leave a legacy for her children and grandchildren, and create a place people would be proud to work at. Ms. Navarro succeeded too, as Logical Innovations, Inc., was named one of Houston’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For from 2012 to 2016.  As the president and CEO, her role includes interfacing with customers, monitoring business operations, and business development.

The highlight of Ms. Navarro’s career has been all of the people she has met along the way. As a business owner, she has had the opportunity to meet many fascinating people in all parts of the country and around the world. Ms. Navarro leverages the professional relationships, friendships, lessons, perspectives and insights she gained from these people to develop and grow in her own life. She attributes her success to remembering who and what is important, as well as having a great support system. In the next five years, Ms. Navarro intends to continue to expand her business, and provide both a great place to work and a reliable business partner for her clients.
