As the owner of Innovative Designs, Ms. Ikram prides herself on her creativity. She enjoys writing poetry, which allows her to help other people. Helping people with creativity is her goal. She feels that the biggest challenge that she has overcome is making people understand the need for her work.  Some people are more open to accepting the creativity, and for those people writing and art can be used as a therapy. One of Ms. Ikram’s greatest assets is that she does not give up easily. Helping others see the benefit in the creative therapy takes time, and she is very determined to show others how she can help them.

As a woman in today’s world, Salma feels that persistence and being able to detect the needs for people and help them have contributed to her success. The advice Salma can give to the younger generation of women entering the workforce is keep your eyes on the stars but keep your feet on the ground.
