Jocelyn Hamlin works full time for her employer by day and for herself on nights and weekends. As a title agent with ABE Settlement Services, LLC, a premier title agency, she has a strong ability to come up with solutions to title clearance problems. Ms. Hamlin is proud of the fact that she came up with forms and checklists for the department to ensure that files are worked properly and no steps are missed when preparing for closing. In addition to her position as a title agent with ABE Settlement Services, LLC, Ms. Hamlin also has a home-based business with her husband. Ms. Hamlin makes snap jewelry, and her husband makes home décor and furniture out of pallets, which they then sell. A lot of their products are inspired by things they see on Pinterest.

Prior to her current positions, Ms. Hamlin worked as a commercial real estate paralegal. She eventually transitioned to become a title agent for a company owned by her law firm, which seemed like a natural fit for her. Ms. Hamlin prepared for her career by earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Cedar Crest College in 1999, and a paralegal certification from Cedar Crest College in 1998 Looking to the future, she hopes to work as much as she can for the next 10 to 15 years, and then slow down so she can enjoy life and travel more.  Ms. Hamlin would like to be remembered for always being ethical and doing quality work.
