As the president of Dana Communications, Ms. Kaniper is able to fulfill her dreams. The full-service marketing agency provides a variety of services to the noted fields, including database management, analytics, media, sales consulting, advertising, e-marketing, multimedia, and direct mail. Ms. Kaniper prides herself on her ability to lead and inspire people, and believes that the collaboration of the unique talents and offerings of each member her team drives the success of the business.

One of the challenges Ms. Kaniper faced when first entering the industry was the fact that it was mostly male-dominated. Well-educated and knowledgeable about the field, however, she was able to overcome that and make a difference. Ms. Kaniper graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in advertising design. She considers her greatest professional accomplishment to be the impact she has made in the hospitality and tourism industry, and her greatest personal accomplishment to be her two children.

Ms. Kaniper is a member of The Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International. She also volunteers as the marketing director at her children’s elementary school, St. Ann’s, and enjoys working out, going out to eat, and spending time with her family.
