Inspired by her mother who made wise, but difficult life decisions, Tami Damian, at age 14 made a commitment to herself that she would never live in poverty again or on governmental assistance. Having stuck to her promise, she is currently in her ninth year at the professional training and coaching agency, Leadership Education And Development, as chief executive officer. The advice Tami can share with the younger generation of women entering the workforce is, “Find your passion. Once you find your passion, the money will come.” Ms. Damian is passionate about leadership and obtained a master’s degree in management, harnessing her ability to change lives, working to improve individuals for their personal and professional lives.

Ms. Damian was one of the original Zig Ziglar Legacy Certified trainers in the world – today she believes they are at about 150 in 8 countries. Her professional goal is to continue touching the lives of others, helping them take their skills and touch other lives as well. She also plans on doing more public speaking with larger groups. Ms. Damian is currently working on helping businesses understand that when they invest in their employees they are also investing to make their company run more smoothly. She would like to be remembered by her nieces and nephews that she cared, mattered and made a difference in their life.

When not working, Ms. Damian enjoys going to the Grand Canyon, outdoor activities, spending time with her nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.
